Mini Open faced Sandwiches (Ham & Turkey with Cheddar Cheese and Piquillo Pepper Aioli)

    you have to give me the recipes for the dressings :)
    funny thing, we were talking about emulsifying and salad dressings today in my regional cuisines class.
